Wheel thrown dark stoneware with a homemade yellow straw-coloured glaze. Glazed on the inside. This vase is adorned on one side with intuitive marks made by hand. Those are inspired by the Japanese Wabi aesthethics. This subbtle beauty reminds me of some of the ancient ceramics I encountered when in Japan, and it is one of my personal favourites.
